Whilst initial Design & Consultation and actual physical implementation remain the core of our service offering, DWM strongly believe that training and support of any installed solution is as important a component.
As part of our full-service offering, DWM are able to provide support and maintenance on any solution we install, along with expert, vendor-certified training for end-users.
Training can be session-led or 1-on-1 and will always be delivered by one of our expert and experienced Technical Training staff. Scheduled and repeat training is something DWM is very much a proponent of, as regular interaction sessions ensure staff can pose questions and queries and are kept refreshed throughout a longer-term training period.
Support and Maintenance of your solutions is also important and DWM can offer bespoke packages to suit your SLA’s and budgets, to ensure your equipment is working in perfect order and any issues are resolved expeditiously.
