Objectives
Swissport are responsible for multiple HikVision CCTV cameras installed within their VIP Aspire Lounge at London Luton Airport. A company was required to resume responsibility in managing, maintaining and supporting the IPCCTV hardware on a long-term basis ensuring swift responses to resolving any issues should they arise.
Solution
The support that DWM offer Swissport includes regular upgrades, hardware support, training, user setup, annual full clean, realignment and service. This service package ensures complete peace of mind for the customer, should any issues arise they can rely on DWM to resolve within a short period of time.
The contract the client receives also includes full training: this in turn ensues confidence in the end user in being able to quickly identify and notify DWM when a camera isn’t working effectively, DWM provide remote and onsite support.
One of the hall marks of a DWM Support Contract are that we operate Commercial Level SLA’s (service level agreements), ensuring the client has the confidence in expedited support and response times.
