Our Planning & Implementation service will always encompass a design brief and consultancy, where we can discuss your requirements and provide a fit-for-purpose solution offering. Technical drawings, timescales and quotes will be presented to you following this, and our helpful Sales team will be on hand to talk through any design or solution queries and provide revisions on any elements.
Once accepted our Operations team will dedicate a fully certified Project Manager to manage and oversee your installation. You’ll be kept updated all the way through the job, and if required our online project-management software will allow you to have at-a-glance visibility of the status of your works. Fully PAYE, in-house resource will install, commission and test your solution who are all certified and accredited to the highest levels of their trade and Health & Safety standards.
Once the physical installation is complete and full Completion Document has been issued, DWM are able to fully support the solution and, perhaps more importantly, offer verified training on end-user systems, ensuring your investment gets used in the way it should.
