Access Control
DWM’s Cloud Access Control services allow for streamlined management of access to your buildings – protecting your staff and your customers and accelerating compliance.
Ultramodern, seamless physical security
In an uncertain world, protecting your assets is increasingly important. Controlling the security of your buildings and the staff within them is paramount.
Therefore, having a tool to control access to your spaces is essential. We’re used to keys, and even keycards. However, the Cloud brings new opportunities for modernising access control.
Grant or revoke access with one click. Unlock doors with just your phone. Track footfall at all your locations. This is the most straightforward way to manage access.

Our partnership with Brivo
Brivo allows you to grant access with just a tap, or even using your smartphone or your face. Artificial Intelligence provides insights on who is coming and going in your buildings, and even raises the alarm if there is suspicious activity.
Brivo also gives your security teams deep control over access, and makes granting or revoking that access easier than ever. Furthermore, Cloud Access Management pairs with Cloud CCTV to give a seamless user experience.
How does Cloud Access Management work?
Cloud Access Control is a physical security system that manages doors, users, and credentials through a cloud-hosted platform instead of on-premise servers.
Door readers and controllers on-site connect securely to the cloud, allowing the system to authenticate access attempts and log events in real time. This removes the need for legacy servers and ensures automatic updates, high availability, and simplified management across multiple locations.
When a user presents a card, fob, PIN, or mobile credential, the door controller checks their permissions—either locally cached or synchronised with the cloud—and unlocks the door if authorised. Administrators can add or remove users, issue mobile credentials, adjust access levels, and review activity from any web browser or mobile app. All access events are encrypted and stored centrally, providing a single source of truth for audit and compliance.
DWMs Cloud Access Control solutions integrate with Cloud CCTV, identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, and third-party building systems. This creates a unified security ecosystem where access events can be linked to video, multi-factor authentication, and automated workflows, delivering stronger security and easier management for distributed organisations.
