British Standards:
DWM Technical Solutions have achieved the accreditation of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Assurance and continue to be audited yearly to uphold the standards.

Health & Safety:
DWM Technical Solutions have an Approved Health and Safety Management System in place. Our signed Health and Safety Statement forms part of our paper presentation package, whilst the Manual may be viewed at our offices. The system includes, a Health and Safety Check list, Risk Assessments, Accident Record Book and a reporting system whereby the relevance of an accident or incident may be reported to the HSE.

Race Relations Act 1976:
DWM Technical Solutions follow the Race Relations Act 1976 as briefly described below. A full copy of the act is available at our offices.
The Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000 came into force on 2 April 2001 and amends the Race Relations Act 1976 by making it unlawful for public authorities to discriminate on racial grounds in carrying out any of their functions.

Equal Pay Act 1970:
DWM Technical Solutions comply with its policy The Equal Pay Act 1970 governs the equal treatment of men and women as far as contractual benefits are concerned such as wages, commission and bonus payments and other benefits associated with their employment.

Disability Discrimination (1995):
DWM Technical Solutions Comply with the requirements laid out in the Disability Discrimination Act. 1995 The main aim of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 came into force on 2 December 1996 to outlaw discrimination against disabled people in employment and in the provision of goods and services, and applies to all employers with fifteen or more employees.

Sex Discrimination Act 1975:
DWM Technical Solutions abide by the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (briefly explained) The Regulations make it unlawful on the grounds of sexual orientation to discriminate directly against anyone, to treat them less favourably than others because of their actual or perceived sexual orientation;

Environmental Policy:
The Staff of DWM Technical Solutions are encouraged to promote the awareness of working towards the protection of the Environment and Environmental Awareness compliant with Environmental Laws and Regulations and are seeking to achieve BS EN ISO 14001.

Insurance:
Public Liability, Employers Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance are in force and copies of certificates are available from our office.

Finances:
DWM Technical Solutions is financially independent with our own in house Accounts and Payroll departments and control every aspect of invoicing, payments, payroll and associated areas.

Terms and Conditions:
DWM Technical Solutions abide by their Terms and Conditions at all times unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Complaints Procedure:
DWM Technical Solutions have an approved Complaints Procedure. The procedure is available for Clients, members of Staff or members of the Public.

Emergency, Disaster and Fire Recovery Plan:
A fully documented Emergency Plan is in place in the event of sudden disaster and, following procedures, DWM Technical Solutions are able to continue business with minimum disruption.
