1. Consultation
Once an enquiry is made we will arrange for one of our senior estimators to come to your school to discuss your requirements in further detail. We will do our best to arrange appointments to suit your schedule so as not to disrupt your working day. We will discuss your options and possibly take measurements and photographs of the areas associated with your new requirements.
2. Solution Design
We will then decide on the most suitable solution for your needs and budget and produce CAD drawings (if necessary) to support the new design.
3. Free of Charge Quotation
Once the ICT solution has been decided and priced, we will forward you a copy of our quotation (and support drawings if necessary) which will highlight any recommendations and options, with relevant costs associated with them.
4. Supply & Installation
Once a solution has been agreed by all parties we will agree on the most suitable installation dates. All of our engineers have been trained, both internally and externally to only the highest of standards, and hold valid CSCS cards. All of our engineers are CRB checked prior to recruitment and are updated periodically. Our electrical engineers are JIB registered and work to NICEIC standards.
5. Testing & Commissioning
DWM Technical Solutions regard the testing and certification as an integral part of our 6-Stage process. We feel that the delivery and illustration of important information such as test results, digital drawings and warranty certification are imperative to manage and maintain your ICT requirements.
6. Maintenance
Where required DWM Technical Solutions can offer bespoke support and maintenance agreements to ensure that your new solution runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
You get what you pay for
Don’t always go for the cheapest. Look at the content of the quotation and listen to the person performing the site survey.
Look at the caveats in the quotation as you do not want to be caught for additional costs if the job does not go smoothly.
They should come up with ideas and be knowledgeable of installing in the educational sector. Attention to detail on the quotation and support documents supplied is a good sign and look to seek references if possible......
