A Hugh Thank you to all for attending the DWM Golf Day!
The day was a fantastic success with a Grand Total of £3735.33 raised for Fairfield Park Lower School!

16th September 2011 - DWM Golf Day raises over £3,500.00 for local School

From all at DWM, we would like to say a huge thankyou to everybody who attended our 2011 annual fundraising golf day for their continued support and hope you all had a great day. Without them this day could not be a success.
This years lucky winners were Westfield Middle School, and thanks to everybody's support and generosity this year we were able to present them with a cheque for £3,596.22 at the end of the evening.
Karen Jackson, Head Teacher of Westfield Middle School, was delighted to receive her cheque and will be using the money to re-tarmac their school playground which is in desperate need of repair.
Every year DWM issue draw entrance forms to Bedfordshire LEA and Bedford based Schools and one is randomly selected prior to our golf day. This is the third year we have held this event and each year we manage to raise more and more money for our local Schools thanks to the ongoing support of our customers and Staff.

We are pleased to congratulate WESTFIELD MIDDLE SCHOOL for having their school selected from our 2011 Draw. We have spoken to the Head Teacher who is delighted to have been selected and is looking forward to meeting the team on our fundraising day on Friday 16th September at Pavenham Park Golf Club.
13th April 2011 - DWM help raise money for Willen Hospice

"I am tripling my efforts this year to raise money for Willen Hospice which is a charity Kay and I support. We believe the work they do in providing palliative care for so many patients is outstanding bearing in mind that only 25% of the costs are met by the NHS.
This year (as part of my training for the Three Peaks Yacht Race!!) I took part in the London Marathon on behalf of Willen Hospice which I completed in four hours, one minute.
Thank you very much for your support. It really means a lot to me and to Willen Hospice".

23rd February 2011 - Draw Entrance Forms to be released

It's that very exciting time of year again for our local Schools as they are given the opportunity to enter into our free draw for this years fundraising Golf Day event.
Over the coming weeks we will be sending out our draw entrance forms to all Bedfordshire LEA and Bedford based Schools. To be in with a chance of having your School selected from our draw, simply complete the form and return to us by no later than 31st May 2011. Unfortunately forms submitted after this date will not be accepted.
The winning School will receive all of the monies that we have been able to raise on the day - it's as simple as that!
Don't miss out on this great opportunity - keep your eyes peeled and look out for your entry form over the next few weeks.
23rd February 2011 - DWM Fundraising Golf Day date confirmed

We are pleased to announce that due to last years huge success, we have decided to hold another Fundraising Golf Day this year on Friday 16th September 2011.
Last year we managed to raise almost £2,400.00 for Everton Lower School and it is our aim to raise even more again this year!
The day will be funded by DWM (excluding drinks, raffle tickets and competition entries) and all that we ask is that you turn up, have a great time, and help us raise as much money as possible.
Invitations will be emailed out over the coming weeks.
08th October 2010 - Help Local School Sponsorship, Thurleigh Lower School

Thurleigh Lower School have just outlaid £45,000 to build a Community Children's Library and ICT Suite for the use of all the local groups and Children, and desperately need your help to furnish it with cutting edge technology, creating a facility for the future of Thurleigh and it's surrounding areas.
They are seeking donations of £100+ to help them towards their £10,000 goal. Can you help?
