DWM Technical Solutions can offer the design, installation and maintenance of air conditioning units for any location such as Offices, Server Rooms, Boardrooms, Schools, Health Centres and many more.
Our Air Conditioning services include:
- Two hour response 24 Hour Emergency Callouts
- Servicing to all types of Air conditioning systems
- Energy Assessments to TM44 and certification
- Installation of new Energy efficient heat pump systems
- Planned preventative maintenance, breakdowns
To complement the air conditioning installation services we provide, we also undertake a complete range of routine planned preventative maintenance services.
Our optional air conditioning maintenance contracts are tailored to ensure that your air conditioning is always running at maximum efficiency. To maintain the manufacturer’s three-year warranty on parts, the equipment should be covered by a maintenance agreement taken out within the first three months of installation.
DWM have comprehensive liability insurance in place and comply with all current health and safety legislation. All electrical work is carried out by our in-house electrical department in accordance with I.E.E. wiring regulations with N.I.C. test certificates provided upon completion.
Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA)
In 2001 the Government introduced the Enhanced Capital Allowance Scheme (ECA) to reward businesses that invest in energy-saving equipment. Many of the air conditioning systems offered by DWM are listed on 'The Energy Technology List' managed by the 'Carbon Trust' and incorporate both energy-efficient 'inverter' and 'heat-pump' technologies. This scheme enables businesses to offset 100% of their capital expenditure against taxable profits within the same financial year the investment is made. This can deliver a helpful cash flow boost and a shortened payback period.
